One Way Out is a series for Discovery Channel USA.

Escape Artist and Daredevil Jonathan Goodwin sets out to investigate the science behind his art form. With the help of his college friend Mikey Nelson, and engineering genius Terry Stroud, Jonathan is out to push the limits of what is possible to escape from, and what isn’t.

In the first ten part series, Jonathan risks being fired out of a human slingshot, burned at the stake, buried alive, and covered in 200,000 bees amongst many other weird and wonderful stunts. Not only do we get to see Jonathan risk his neck, but also the processes and research leading up to each stunt. The results are often painful, embarrassing and ultimately hilarious.
