Those Crazy Little Things You Want To Know
Ok. I know I'm not the only one out there that has a thing for useless trivia... You know the stuff... the kind of information that seems cool to know but you won't really use unless you're having an odd night drinking? Well I want to know some things:
-How did JG and Mikey get to be so close, that Jonathan puts up with Mikey abusing him in the shows? And did Jonathan get sweet revenge after the scorpion incident?
-What are the conversations between JG and Terry like? Are they purely comprised of nerdiness and science?
-Where did JG get his large collection of swimwear?
-What is all their favorite foods?
-Ink and piercings.. do any of them have any?
And so much more..
I know there's escape ideas, and science angles, and all that.. but behind a really great show has to be some off the wall stories and factoids that make a nerd like me go crazy.
Who else has questions? And thoughts?

ok... Mikey saved my mums life when we were at school in a freak goldfish accident... I owe him, and he knows it... I agreed to get him on my tv show as payback, but he insists on slapping me, and giving me a hard time whenever he gets the opportunity. :)
Escape conversations with Terry are usually quite in depth... Mikey usually stands next to us and nods. Stroud is a genius, but is also at home talking about movies or tv shows, or sports. He's top!
Swimwear/underpantage from H&M in the UK
My favourite food is my mom's shepherds pie. I know mike's is his moms lasagne.. not too sure about Terry.
As far as I know, none of us has tattoos or piercings.

Loads of fave movies... Jaws, Vertigo, The Man Who Would Be King, The Sting, Sideways, the original versions of... The Taking of Pelham 1,2,3, The wicker man.
TV I enjoy any documentary that makes me think or moves me. Have you seen Michael Apted's 7 up series? Extraordinary! Scripted tv, I'm partial to a season of 24.

Ok JG here's a question for you...... Of all the stunts/escapes you have ever attempted, which was the most terrifying to perfom and which was the most painful? Also, is JONATHAN ESCAPES actually filmed at somebodys real ranch or is it purely for production purposes?? My point in asking is that it seems as though it is lived in but it also looks as though its getting well trashed!!! Glad its not my place!!! LOL Cheers for taking the time to give us a little more of an insight into your wild and wacky world.

Hey chris,
of all the stunts I have ever done, the one that is scariest was being hanged on live tv in the uk... not pleasant... and I knew it was going wrong before it did... very painful!
btw, its not season 2...(yet :) these are the episodes left to air for season 1, and they are some of my favorites! BMX episode and Burned at the stake especially!

That must have been a terrifying experience for you mate but at least you are still here to talk about it. At a guess, you wont be trying that one again any time soon?? I sure wouldnt be!!
As for the new episodes, we saw both of these episodes last week and they were brilliant. I wont ruin it for those that have yet to see them but i will say that even i was packing it towards the end of the "burned at the stake" attempt. Keep up your amazing work Jonathan.
