Hello! I'm Paul and I'm a web designer in Brighton, on the south coast of the UK. I've known Jonathan since we worked together in London about 8 years ago, and I'll be running the tech stuff behind his new site, which we're slowly building up here for launch in time for his new TV show hitting the airwaves early 2009.
I'd love to know more about you guys who've signed up, where you came across Jonathan, and what you'd like to see here on the site - we've got loads of great stuff planned, but the site's for you rather than us and we'd love to be able to incorporate your ideas too :-)
Look forward to hearing from you!
Paul
PS he'll probably kill me for this, but here's an old pic of Jonathan failing to escape the clutches of our fierce little kitten...

Thanks Jennifer! :-)
You're in the UK like me, so I don't think we'll get Jonathan's new show as soon as they do in the US (where he's making it), but I'll get some stuff up here on the website as soon as possible too.
Ah, but there is no escape from wayward kittens. Just got turned onto Jonathan from someone I know who's here for the shoot and told me to check out the site. I love it! Very easy to navigate and entertaining.
As for Jonathan, what a nutter and fun for the whole family! Can't wait to see what Discovery has cooked up with him for the show. Wish I was at the shoot.

Hi Severine :-) Thanks for joining us!
I got a sneak preview of one episode of Jonathan's new Discovery Channel series when I visited LA a few weeks ago, and I can confirm that you're in for a treat!
Hello all! It's great fun to see this nice site with all these fine features. I have seen Jonathan's work on YouTube, guided there by friends at the Magic Cafe and FaceBook. I have been known to escape from one thing and another now and again, but never in the deadpan, crazy, funny style that is Jonathan's.
Hi Paul
I'm in NYC. Would love to see more of the videos that go with some of the pics. I have some other things I'd love to see, but I think i'll hold off on them right now-don't want you to think i'm too strange lol.
When is the show going to be on Discovery--I can't wait--Jonathan is AWESOME, really.

Hi Cathot, and Dr Wilson too!... this topic has been a bit quiet in the last few weeks, but don't take it personally - there are very few people here and nobody knows each other yet, so it'll take time for everybody to come out of their shells a little! Bring your friends from elsewhere along too, and get them involved in the conversation :-) But sorry I didn't reply myself.
The show is on Discovery in literally a few weeks time I believe. Watch this website for exact times and dates.
I've got a bunch of new photos and video waiting to go up on the site. Unfortunately I'm not meant to publish them before Discovery say so, as they own the content... but stick around and you'll get it here first... along with other exclusive content from Jonathan himself.
As for your question on Jonathan's profile about the waterwheel of doom, although I don't have any video of that yet I can tell you that I've heard it was unexpectedly hair-raising! (or it would have been for anybody with hair ;-) ...and by way of an apology for the lack of reply I'll say shhh, but I've heard that episode will be near the beginning of the 10-part series. Here's another sneak preview that's not in the gallery yet. If anyone asks, you ain't seen this, right...? ;-)
I'm so excited to see One Way Out coming to the Discovery Channel in the states. The first time I saw Jonathan was the pilot (preview) episode in April '08. Congratulations and good luck!
What would I like to see on the site? Videos, behind the scenes photos, a blog of what Jonathan is up to in life. Clips of guest escape artists would be nice from time to time.

Hi Tony
Happy new year, and thanks for your message! Glad you found Jonathan on the pilot episode last year... and found his new website today - welcome to the site!. The new series is even more awesome than last year's preview.
I'm pleased to say that you can indeed expect videos, behind the scenes pics, and even better than a blog, a Twitter feed of what Jonathan is up to in life - sent in short messages from his mobile phone as he does stuff! The latest updates will appear on the homepage, and if you're on Twitter yourself you can 'follow' him and get his updates sent to you.
I'll throw in the suggestion of clips of guest escape artists - it's great to get these new suggestions for content, and if there's anything of interest which we can do, we'll consider it!
Hi Guys
Happy New Year
Im Chris from London, UK
1st saw Jonathan on Dirty Tricks (I think) and thought he was very clever/brave/stupid in a funny kinda way, especially when he used to try to explain to his dad what he was doing, looking forward to seeing more of him (although after seeing elevator escape, im not sure how much more we could see ..... ahem ) ....
